Hey! My team is developing a custom solution to integrate phone systems like Aircall and others into Monday CRM. For example, when a new call is logged in Aircall, our app will search within monday.com for a deal, lead, contact, account, (configured by user) with a matching phone number, and log the call info into the Emails & Activities timeline as a Call Summary. You can join the waitlist here and we’ll reach out to you when the solution is ready!
Doesn’t the Aircall normal integration do that already?
I’ve been using both Aircall and Monday CRM for a while now, and one of the biggest frustrations is the lack of a good way to link calls to the right contacts or deals automatically. Right now, I end up either logging them manually or using some clunky workarounds with Zapier—and neither feels ideal.
If your solution can reliably match calls to the right records and log them in the timeline, that’d be a huge win. I’m especially excited about having everything in the Emails & Activities section since that’s where my team already spends a lot of time tracking interactions.
A quick question: will it support updates to existing records if the call involves multiple people or touches on more than one deal? That’s been a challenge for us when working with larger accounts.
Looking forward to seeing how this develops! Definitely joining the waitlist. Thanks for sharing this here.
The current integration between Aircall and monday is quite limited. It does not do what I’ve spelled out in the post. Below are the two recipes that are available.
Hey Evelyn! Thank you for the insight! Super helpful. Cases of multiple records in monday, and cases of multiple participants in the call is something we had been working on to support. Thank you for emphasizing the importance!
Thanks for the response, Liam! It’s great to hear that you’re working on supporting cases with multiple records and participants. That’s a game-changer for teams like mine that manage complex accounts with many touchpoints.
By the way, speaking of tools that simplify workflows, I’ve recently been using Scarlet iOS for managing apps outside the App Store. It’s been a lifesaver for installing and testing custom tools on my iPhone, especially for work-related apps we’re experimenting with.
I can definitely see how integrating a solid call logging solution like yours would help us tie everything together more seamlessly. Excited to see where your project goes—keep us posted on updates!
