Hey! My team is developing a custom solution to integrate phone systems like DialPad, RingCentral, Aircall, and others into Monday CRM. For example, when a new call is logged in the phone system, our app will search within monday.com for a deal, lead, contact, account, (configured by user) with a matching phone number, and log the call info into the Emails & Activities timeline as a Call Summary. Hey! Thank you. That’s great to hear. We’re currently in the testing phases of our Aircall integration, then we’re going to be taking that same logic over to this Dialpad integration. Don’t have a solid timeline at the moment, but hopefully at or around the start of Q2. I’d be happy to give to your team early as a beta. Let me know!

Is yours the only solution for this work up? If I go with Monday now, what solve do you recommend until your solution is ready? I’m in real estate and need a phone solution quickly, so this might help me jump on board for now. I’m currently considering FreshSales as well…as a former GoHighLevel user. For phone, I use CloudPhone.
@Titus Hey. The solution we’re developing right now is first of its kind. We’re expecting to get this Dialpad integration out in the next 4-6 weeks. Will probably have it available to you for testing earlier than that as well.
