In order to make the font darker, I used this Chrome Extension: Font Changer. Here you can modify the font type, wight, size and style for all websites or specific sites. My hope is that Monday.com will allow this type of change in their platform someday soon. But in the meantime, this extension works great.

Yes. The current font is both small, ugly and the wrong colour.
We are unable to continue with Monday, as it visually / aesthetically hurts to be trapped in the 1996-looking interface.
Given your comment is now three years old, and they still do not allow user choice of font (let alone the bizarre ‘Status’ colours), we will check back in 2026 to see if things have improved.
Would be great if they hired a qualified human-centred designer to design the interface, rather than rely on coders that have taken a UX evening class!
