Checklists in Updates Section

Is there a way to default a standard checklist for all items on a board in the Updates Section? I am already utilizing subitems to track approvals.

There are third party apps that do that. There are other options though, Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have? That will help me recommend which.

Work management/enterprise-wide subscription - we would like to be able to utilize resources available to use without adding additional third-party costs if available.

What about having a separate tasks board with a ‘connect board’ to your items? Then you can use the connected items widget to show all the tasks ‘inside’ the item and update them from there.

OR what about using a monday doc and having a template with the checklist?

I haven’t used either of these features in this manner before, but they seem like viable options. I will look into it further on the steps to create these, thank you kindly!
