I just saved my first column template, created with the Update Magic app. Here’s what I found:
When using this template in another board, it does not save the “Edit Restriction” setting. So, what’s the point in saving a template when you have to manually reset things anyway?

While we’d be able to help you with this on a monday column template, it sounds like this is an issue particular to the Update Magic app and the developers could help explain why you’re running into this problem.

Nope. That’s not it. It doesn’t save any columns settings. I just tested “Date” column with restrict edit, and when I used it in a new board the “restrict edit” setting was not there.
