Hi @Monday.com Team, is there a way to add custom validation rules for individual columns? Can we implement custom validation for each column, or is this feature currently unavailable?
They have Required Fields for some plans. Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have?

Could you provide examples of validation rules you’re looking for?
Is it a validation only based on this specific column (e.g. text can’t be longer than 100 characters) or based on other column (e.g. to change text column the item must be in “In progress” state)?
Standard Level, but I don’t want required fields. I want fields that can store custom values with proper validation — for example, numbers within a specific range or text containing only certain allowed characters. This is my requirement.
Gotcha, sorry misunderstood. There’s not a way ‘natively’ to do that. Some workaround
Conditional formatting to highlight the row/cell if they put in info that’s not supposed to be there.
Automations to say if number is X then notify you so you can review.
