Connected Column as item column

I have one board that acts as an “organizations” board for all the orgs we work with in various program. We onboard orgs to different programs and all of these program have different boards. I’d like to create a board where the item/first column is a connected column back to the main “organizations”. That way each program onboarding process board starts with a connected column. Currently program onboarding boards all start off with an item column with the organizations name and then 2nd column is a connect column (to organization board) with the organizations name again…
