I need help with the following…, In my CRM Contact list the first column is the full contact name, that’s their first name and last name in the same cell. So I created one Formula column for First Name and another one for Last name. Then I entered the formula and I was able to get the first and last name in each column. My problem is when I want to do email blast, the automatic name field cannot pull from the First name column cell because its a formula column. How can I copy that text so I can paste in new text columns? Please help…

You could use a 3rd-party app called the Advanced Formula Booster which among other features allows you to create formulas that do not use the Formula column but rather casts their results to any type of column.
In this case, you could create a formula that casts the first name to a first name text column and the last name to a last name text column. You could do this with a single formula, as an Advanced Formula Booster’s formula can modify more than 1 column.
