Copy text from docs without formatting

I would like to see the feature where in documents and manuals I can integrate text boxes that can be copied without textual and text row formatting. I want to add example emails in manuals that are easy for employees to copy to their email client but now the formatting comes along from Monday with extra whitespace etc.
