Hi. I have an automation that create an item in another connected board and then is supposed to “add asignee as person,” but it doesn’t do the assigning. The automation’s activity says it’s being done.
Can you not assign a team member to an item you create in another board?

Often the root cause of this is the person(s) the automation is setup to assign don’t have the required access to the target board.
You may need to check the board type/permissions etc. If the target board is Shared or Private, you will need to invite people to this board should you want to automation to assign them.

Thank you for trying to help. The user I’m trying to assign is actually myself, the admin, so I don’t think this is the problem.
