It looks like what i want to do is possible within a paid third party app but it would be great if there was a a Native Monday.com add-in for Outlook that allowed me to create new Monday items from an email within Outlook in the same way that Trello can (see demo here)

Hiya Bianca, no not quite i’m afraid.
The user should be able to create the item from within Outlook, and specify what specifically it should entail from wtihin the email. Check out the demo video for what i mean.
