Creating a bulleted text summary from column data

We have a board to track our Sprints for development projects.

We’ve added a column “release notes” for each one, where we put end-user text to describe what was accomplished in that sprint item, to be included in release our app notes.

I’m looking for a way to take/query all the release notes for selected items, and format them in a single text field (bulleted or enumerated) that can then easily be copy/pasted as our release notes.

We have programming background but haven’t tackled anything like this before in Monday, and haven’t found any obvious [to me] answer yet.

Any tips on how to approach this would be much appreciated*!*
