In the My Work section, I can currently see the following columns
In our templates, we also have an Estimated Time column, and I would like to show it in the My Work section so that people can see how much time is booked for their tasks on a daily basis. How can I customize the view to show this column.

Welcome to the monday community! 
Unfortunately, currently MyWork only supports the columns that you indicated. 
If you want to see how much time has been scheduled for everyone, I would suggest trying to use the Workload widget, which shows exactly what you are looking for, albeit it cannot be used in My Work.
