The process for one of our board categories has changed. In short we are wanting to merge the contacts and company board into a single board view with the contacts as sub items. How does one go about this, without losing the data in the old board? We would ideally prefer to either amend the old boards or have the ability to export and import the old data into the new boards for meetings held, notes, activities etc.
Hi @DVVC - there are a couple of options. You could move your contacts to the company board then convert them to subitems under the corresponding Company record. This could be time consuming depending on the amount of contacts you have.
You could also consider a simple make.com scenario to read through the contacts board and create them as subitems in the company board, however you would need a way to tie the two together.
