Docusign doc filling with monday values

Before I open a docusign account (currently using dotloop since 2010) Is it possible to have a docusign form filled using data from monday?

Can I press a button and have the entire document filled and prepped for esignature? can it be emailed to the signer automatically etc. If this is a go I will move over to docusign
