Does anyone know how to automate status?

Hi there-I’m looking to have a custom status column update automatically every time a status is changed to “done”

I want to have one custom status column (pace) automatically change based upon the start date/finish date/ and whether or not the other status is “done”

It will set specific updates around this. Does anyone know how to build?

  • Ahead of Schedule

    • Prior to Start Date = In Progress / Pending Action / Completed

    • Start Date to Due Date = Completed

    • Post Due Date = N/A

  • On Schedule

    • Prior to Start Date = Not Started

    • Start Date to Due Date = In Progress / Pending Action

    • Post Due Date = N/A

  • Behind Schedule

    • Prior to Start Date = N/A

    • Start Date to Due Date = Not Started

    • Post Due Date = Anything Not Completed

Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have?
