Does anyone know how to get a hold of General Caster support? I’ve sent in three requests over the past week to help@generalcaster.app and there’s no response. There’s not even an auto-response to know that the request has been received. I’m not able to set up any new GC automations in our account and I’ve indicated in my message to them that it’s an urgent request, but just no response or acknowledgment from them at all.
