Hi, I would like to know how to merge duplicates on the CRM. When I try merging accounts it doesn’t merge the contacts that are linked to that account. Does anyone have a solution for this?

You can use the Duplicates and Uniques app for that. Using the app, you can determine how you would like your items to be merged. Even better, you can set up a template to run using an integration or automation and duplicates will automatically be merged.
