When using the CRM “Manage Duplicates” it only merges the notes created in the “Updates” section. My Monday.com new feature request would be to also allow the option to merge the CRM “Emails & Activities” together so all relevant notes will be carried over.
I have the kind of similar issue. The email communication chain gets lost when managing duplicates, I believe we should have a Merge contact/duplicates options.
