I have CRM in monday.com and did data migration from one account to another. However, my outlook ''Emails & Activities" histories has been lost in item level.
I wonder if it is possible to retrieve the email history from ’ Emails & Activities’ item view via monday API? Then I can migrate those data into new account.

It’s definitely not the best workaround, but you can create them as updates through the API and structure them to include the information such as sender, dates etc. in a template-ized way that will be easy for the users to read.
Unfortunately I believe that at least for now, this is the best solution available.
