Imported Activities showing in Emails & Activities view

Hi all!

Quick question here: Emails & Activities view in that timeline is fantastic, showing all past activities you can scroll through.

I have a client needing to import loads of old activity in the board, which I have done for them. But they want that past activity showing in the Emails & Activities view (item view against the connected account) in that timeline format. Is that possible?

Hey Alex!

This is not possible, however, you could export the Updates to Excel and then attach the Excel sheet in the new item’s Updates Section or as an attachment to an email or activity.

I know this is not ideal but could it be a suitable workaround for what they need?
