Emails & Activities

Can anyone advise me on how to setup my CRM template so that when I send e-mails or take notes using the ‘emails and activities’ feature, those emails and notes can stay with an item and move across multiple boards? In a perfect world, I’d like the e-mail correspondence with a lead in ‘emails and activities’ to attach to an account profile. Is this possible?

you need to use automatisation for move item to another board without lost info

do you know which recipe I use to move the ‘emails and activities’ to another board? How would you set it up so it moves from leads to accounts?
