Hello, I am using the crm Sales product and I have been using the mass email tool, but when I wanna see the email and activities widget in each lead, it doesn’t appears.
I’m currently using a custom board, it’s not a crm Sales template
@JoseV you have to add the emails and activities item card view;
First select the top right … menu and click 'edit layout & content.
Then a ‘+’ will appear next to the views on the left side of this card;
click the ‘+’ and select emails and activities app
From there you can resize; add more to that view etc…

Thank you very much, it worked for me! I figured that in the layout and content editing it should be able to be added, but I think that having to press the plus sign is not so intuitive.
