I cannot imagine how this issue was not resolved yet , The duplicates manage tool checkboxes are disorganized ,Whenever you choose a checkbox the wrong item gets removed ,Therefore you need to merge the contacts manually otherwise the employees might contact the same person again and with the wrong latest update, How long can we wait until it gets resolved .
