Hi! I would like to update my boss’s profile as if I don’t do it… I have admin rights but when I go to edit him, I can’t see what I need. I’m probably missing something obvious but I’m lost. I initially want to manage his notifications and then his My work board.

Hey Bridget! If you are not logged in as him, you won’t be able to edit his profile settings even if you are the admin.
If you can log in as him, you’ll be able to change all of these notifications and My Work settings.

Thanks! Thought that might be the obvious answer, but hoping there was another way. If I don’t get the basics going for him he won’t use it.
