Feature Request: View as Other User

As an admin setting up workspace/board/column view/edit permissions, it would be useful to be able to ‘view as other user’, in order to check everything is set up correctly before release. At the moment I have to ask someone else to check if they can see what I intend them to see.

Before SSO was applied I was able to set up a dummy account for testing (which was still not ideal), but now I can’t because permissions only allow an invitation to be sent to email addresses from my organisation.

I most certainly second this as an Admin setting up new sections of the Monday.com for our company. It would make testing things far easier.

Absolutely! Many other systems have this ability, and fi monday is moving to a “WorkOS” model, then the ability for an admin to be able to see what the user can see would almost be a must have feature. I want to know what they will see before I let them see it. It just makes common sense.
