Coming from ServiceNow and Moodle, as an Admin I am used to being able to “log in as” another User so I can see exactly what they see. Super helpful when analyzing problems. Often, problems are not really problems, just user error.
I have been thinking the same thing and no, there’s no way to change the view. I’ve been thinking of inviting myself using a personal email to check how things look
Right now I’m using one of our licenses assigned to a Outlook shared account. I can then change it from Member to owner to viewer, etc. to see what happens. It works, but it seems to be a waste of $38 per month.
