Here the issue we find by using email and activities (and that’s why we don’t use it at the moment ):
- one email adress for a recipient, two topics : the two topics will be mixed in the same item, giving difficulties to read properly which topics is the last one updated. If there are three topics and the correspondant answers to all these 3, for sure our sales rep will miss one or two
- when multiples people in the loop speaking about the same topic, it won’t show the answer of the peoples not being in the column « email » whereas they are well in the loop discussion.
- when receiving an email from someone out of the column email, it will simply not show it and not populate an item
if those three are fixed, am sure Emails and activities usage will become interesting
