We need the ability to include a distribution list using an automation without the distribution list being invited as a member to the board. We have a change control process for which we use Monday.com specifically so we can utilize the automation feature to email out the appropriate distro groups when the change moves into the corresponding status(es). We don’t need 50 NOC users logging in to our board, but we do need them to know that a change is happening.
