Email To line not populating and fail to load timeline item

We have been using Monday.com happily for over a year. When someone fills out the form on our website, the item is created on the board. We then click into the item, go to Emails and Activities and press New Email. All fine until today. For some reason when we go into the Item and click on New Email, the To line is empty. It no longer fills in the email address of the item. When I hand type the email address in and press send, it says “Failed to load Timeline Item”.

Is this a temporary issue?

I should say, I have also tried the classic log out and log back in trick. And also tried to remove the connected account and synced it back up.

@ralphhosf You’re not alone. I am having exactly the same issue. I’ve been successfully sending email through Monday for some time. Then, suddenly today the email address doesn’t populate.
I hope it’s resolved soon.

Yeah it just started working again. Guess it was a monday.com bug.
