Hello,
We want to use mass emails as a first step when contacting leads. Is there a way to create a board and/or activity that lists all leads that have opened or clicked in a mass email? I haven’t been able to figure out an automation that pulls out email data/activity.
Ideally we would like to have the email status (delivered, opened, clicked) as a column on the leads board.
Also, is there a way to get emails (mass email or not) into the activity board on Monday CRM?
