Has anyone found a solution for tracking the number of emails sent, open rate, response rate, etc. I know Mass email shows these number but we are looking for the metrics from the standard emailing function within the leads and contacts boards.
I’ve done some automations in the past ie a column that increases by 1 each time an email and/or reply sent and then used those numbers and a formula column to get reply rate. I’ve not found a workaround for open/click rates.
I see. Thanks Desiree. That’s the only route I can think of. My primary issue is needing to know how many emails sent during a time period. Unfortunately, that would involve adding too many date columns if I had a date set every time an email is sent
I can’t track open rates but, I want to track the number of emails I am sending and I am doing that by copying the activity link of the email and pasting it into a custom activity called “email” every time I send an email. It’s not pretty but, I’m at least reporting accurately until they fix this issue.
