New ask request: we use this feature (emails & activities widget) more often to internally communication to support boards. The CRM opportunity creates tasks in other support boards thus an update notice won’t show on everyone’s support boards. Our work around is we use notes in the emails and activities widget to communicate so all can see discussion. I would LOVE to be able to mention a full team currently the @ only works by single person. Is this in the works?
