I am posting here as support let me know this is not a supported feature. We would like to include a column or button embed into an automated email. Specifically the customer rating column would be fabulous so that it could map that input back to a board. Currently monday sends an automated email with the “solve” button so I’m sure it can be done, but this would be a great email feature.
