🚀 Feature Request: Enable File Attachments & Activity Templates in Emails & Activities on Mobile App 📲
📌 Context:
My client relies heavily on Emails & Activities to inform payments using a custom activity named “Inform Payment”. The process requires users to:
- ✅ Attach a receipt to the activity.
- ✅ Use a predefined activity template for consistency.
While this works flawlessly on the desktop version, the mobile app does not allow file attachments or activity template usage within Emails & Activities. This is a major challenge for field agents who primarily work from their phones. 📵
🚨 Issue:
- 🚫 Users can attach files in updates but not in activities.
- 🚫 Activity templates are missing in the mobile app.
💡 Request:
- ✅ Enable file attachments in Emails & Activities on mobile.
- ✅ Ensure activity templates are accessible on mobile, just like on desktop.
This functionality is crucial for teams operating remotely or in the field. 🌍📱
