Description
When reviewing workspaces in the Content Directory, there is currently no way to see how much content lives inside each workspace at a glance.
Today, admins must click into each workspace individually to understand its footprint, which becomes impractical at scale.
This makes it difficult to:
• Identify overloaded or underused workspaces
• Compare workspace footprint during audits
• Prioritize cleanup and governance efforts
• Understand where content sprawl is happening
• Prepare for restructures, mergers, or workspace consolidation
Request
Add one or more columns in the Content Directory that show the volume of content within each workspace.
Ideally this would include a breakdown such as:
• Boards/Projects
• Dashboards
• Docs
• Vibe apps
• Project Portfolios
If a full breakdown is not feasible initially, a single total count across all content types would still provide significant value.
What are you trying to achieve
Provide admins and governance leads with immediate, data-driven visibility into workspace footprint so they can manage content at scale more effectively.
This enhancement would be especially valuable for:
• Admins managing large or complex accounts
• CSMs supporting enterprise customers
• Governance and compliance leads
• Organizations with hundreds of workspaces
• Anyone preparing for cleanup, archival cycles, or account restructuring
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Allow sorting and filtering by this count, enabling use cases such as:
• Finding workspaces with zero items
• Identifying workspaces with unusually high volume
• Prioritizing cleanup based on size or inactivity
This would add significant clarity to the Content Directory, improve governance workflows, and make workspace management far more efficient and scalable.
