What types of work are you tracking? Are you looking for better insight into project progress, resource allocation, hours utilization, budget management, sales activity, marketing strategy, or all of the above? Depending on what type of data you are reporting on, happy to add some additional insight.
I find that the classic Chart widget is incredibly powerful when used to drill down, filter, and customize to the data set you need. I think Stacked Bar charts are good to see 3 data points in one chart. The numbers widgets give you quick overall views of totals. The GANTT chart is a must for project timeline tracking. There are a lot of settings you can configure to organize, color, and label your tasks in a way that works for you. I also like using the Text widget to create breaks in my dashboard and group like reports together to get more data in one place without creating a cluttered view. There’s a lot to cover with dashboards!
