Hi Desiree, yes we have the Pro level with a CRM. I actually resolved this yesterday. It was much easier to do. For anyone else that’s wondering, here’s what I did with the help of Monday support:
- I created a new Status column and created two labels (Form, Manual)
- Then I created 4 automations (one for each of the forms that feed Monday automatically). When a new lead comes in from a form, the Status column is set to Form. All other new items will be set to Manual.
- Then I created a new team and put the two sales people in this team.
- When this status column is changed, it triggers another automation that uses the Round Robin integration to assign an owner from the new team I created.
Simple, clean, and seems to be working as expected.
