Extract and Save Sender's Email Address from Outlook Email

Hello - I have integrated my monday board with Outlook and creating a new item when an email is received. I would like to extract the sender’s email address and save it into an email or text column. Is that possible?

You might find a 3rd party app can help you bridge that gap. Have a search for ‘extract’ in the app marketplace and try Extract AI app. It provides a number of recipes to allow use cases like yours to operate smoothly.

App is a bit expensive for the customer. I will probably try this out using Zapier or Make.com and report back.
