E-Mail to board - extract the adress of (original) sender

Hello,

we use the function “E-Mail to board” with the integration of the board-adress in the group-mailbox. We would like to extract the E-Mail of the sender, when a mail was sent to the board, so the adress is automatically posted in the new item (created by the mail).

Currently the sender can’t be seen - even in the section “updates” (only my own mail-account, wich created the board-adresss, is show as sender. You can only identify the sender by the text of the mail). With the outlook-integration you can see the sender, but files can’t be sent to the board.

Hello @AdrianL and @nksse Extract marketplace app (see link below) extracts extract email address and sender names, and adds them to your board items so you can automate your CRM and helpdesk workflows without the need to manually copy and paste data.
