I would like to suggest an improvement regarding PDF annotation management in Monday.com. Currently, annotations added within Monday are only visible on the platform and do not appera when downloading the PDF. Additionaly, if the original document already contained annotations (e.g., added via Adobe Acrobat Reader), these are not visible in Monday. Instead, only the ping, date, and author of the comment are displayed.
Would it be possible to integrate features similar to those in Adobe Acrobat Reader directly into Monday? This would allow:
- Viewing and editing existing annotations on PDFs without limitations.
- Adding measurement tools, highlighting, and drawing tools.
- Keeping annotations intactwhen downloading the document.
This improvement would greatly enhance document tracking and prevent the loss of important information when sharing files.
