@Roger Merzian rogerme@monday.com Per your instruction, here are list of feature requests from my company for your prioritization:

  1. Resource management
    a. Viewing resources’ availability.
    b. Resource in portfolio view (current only support single project board).
    c. Manage resource according to portion (currently only share evenly).
    d. Link up with resource rate card and can calculate project actual cost according to resources.

  2. Portfolio, Program and Project design
    a. Current Portfolio board is only one level. In real world, we have portfolio, program and project.
    b. Project health is only one indicator for the project. Can we measure the RAG with different elements like cost, scope, time, risk, etc.?

  3. Multiple currencies
    a. Currently the system does not support multiple currencies and we need to manage the conversion manually by formula.

  4. Import/Export
    a. Currently when export data to Excel, it included some formatting and monday.com icon.
    b. When import through excel, some of the data type (e.g. dropdown columns) cannot be recognized.

  5. Project ID generation
    a. Currently the system cannot support generate different sequence for different purposes, e.g. project ID. We cannot make use of the auto number and Item ID to fulfill the purpose

  6. Approval workflow
    a. Currently the system cannot support complex approval workflow, e.g., we need to write multiple automations for project submission (project size x region x team) with multi-layer approvals.
