We have a form that links to a board were people have to entre their company name. As we have a wide range of customers we want to filter out a certain few so we can allocate them to a specific person.
For example if 100 forms are filled, we would like if the company name is anything containing hill, drive, lane then its Ture, so we can filter ture and assign a member instead of going trough, all 100.
I’ve had a little play to find out a way, however if the First letter is capitalised than i different values in the formula.
Any help or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Hi @mwilliams,
I suggest looking at General Caster App. It’s worth the money. We use it widely across the boards.
This gives you better formula control and IF/THEN functions. I’ve attached a screenshot that gives an example… Column is Size/Type packaging and you can see it looks for ‘Bubble Envelope’, ‘LBO/ Goody Bag’ etc and will then do things accordingly.
I know you can also apply non case specific formula as well. I didn’t need to as the column used drop-downs.
