So I have a form that is submitted but the long description field is not easily read in the table format. Is there a way that I can use an automation or app to copy what is in the description and convert it to comment?

By comment, are you referring to the updates section? For example, casting/copying the data in long text column to the updates section? Thanks!

Yes Bianca. Coping the text to the updates section. My thought was since I am populating the column using a form, and since it does not appear that the form can directly create an update, I thought maybe there was an automation that could do that instead.

This will allow you to populate the updates with the content in the long text, as soon as that form is submitted! I’ve tested this on my end and it worked well.
