Formula for Year over year depreciation

I am looking to see if there is anyone that can help me with a formula and/or automation that could calculate a 30% depreciation value.

We are managing our inventory in monday.com and have a column for purchase price and one for fair market value. I am looking for a way that the fair market value column can reflect a 30% depreciation each year.
