I would like to automate a condition so when more than X days are passed from a given date it changes another column status to a green label called “High”, and if the value is less than X days change the status to a red label called “Low”. Is there any way to do that?

I guess you can use the already available automation options of status change.
When date( after or before) arrives and a status is something, change it to something else.
Although this would need to have an existing status before the change.
Also, 2 similar automations you would need to set considering the days condition for 2 different status change.
