How to move a task from Monday Work Management to Monday Dev

To move a task between Monday products like Monday Work Management and Monday Dev:

  1. Check if the Board Can Be Moved: Core boards central to a product’s workflow can’t be moved. However, most other boards, dashboards, and docs can be transferred.
  2. Move the Board: Hover over the board’s name on the left side, click the three dots, select “Move to,” and choose the destination product.
  3. Move Entire Workspaces: To move a whole workspace, click the three dots next to the workspace name, select “Move to,” and pick the target product.

Who Can Move Content? Anyone subscribed to the destination workspace with permission to create boards can move content. Note that users not part of a product can’t access its workspaces.

What About Subscribed Users? If a board is moved to a product where assigned users aren’t members, they will only be able to view, not edit, the content.
