Hi all! How can I granularly tell who on my plan is allocated a seat. We have 8/10 seats used on our plan but I can’t see which users under my plan have those seats. We bill out the total annual cost by department at my organization and need to know who is who. Is there a way to get that info?
You need to be an overall account admin to see the users.
Under the Admin section of Monday.com you can see a full list or users and type of user guest / paid /viewer etc. Can you ask the account admin for a copy perhaps? or ask them to filter and send a screenshot of your deparment view?
