Hello, I don’t want to be rude in any way shape or form, but the way a lot of things are set up are not considering two things graphic design and psychological patters in people. I just spend 3 hours trying to understand certain aspects of this platform. But there is 2 things I dislike the most, why everything is shown in boards to the right??? My work place have a million columns so you have to swipe it to see everything. And yes, I know you can open each item and see the item card, but what if I want to scan everything from the main board… I can’t. Another thing is Subitem within a subitem is not possible, so what’s the alternative? create a board for every little detail about a task. For context, my work uses this as a way to cross departments task and at the end, request payments. My accounting department has a unique way of posting expenses to classify things in a very detail/specific matter that here is not possible to translate or at least try, my company didn’t consider other aspects which is ok, is new. The thing is, I am part of the payables team and as you can imagen is something that needs to flow quickly and with limit back and forth (the company more than I would like has too many request that needs to be address instantly). I work best if things are able to be read it from top to bottom instead of left to right. Even with a million boards and projects I have to rely on human text, which defeats the purpose of using this platform in the first place. I need to be quick and efficient which this set up does not allows me. This project management tool as many others don’t cater to other departments or projects other than marketing (creative things).
