I am using Monday to create a training schedule, and I can't figure out how to count up host/co-host totals from subitems.

I use Monday to create a schedule of live trainings and workshops. The training is the item; the sub-items are each event date and who is hosting/co-hosting.

I want to be able to create a table that tracks how many trainings people are hosting and co-hosting. Is this possible?

I would really appreciate any help in how to format this!

Hi Emily, this may be suitable if you don’t have too many people.

  1. Set up a numbers widget
  2. Include items and sub-items
  3. Create filters for a singular person on Owner OR Co Host
  4. Duplicate the chart, and change the filters for each person

Alternatives that might work would be Workload Widget (for day, week, month selection), or a Pivot Table (Enterprise tier, or an App to slice the data). Let me know if that doesn’t work for you.
